A new call for applications for the young researchers’ programme Emerging Talents Initiative (ETI) has just started – the deadline is 3d March 2021. Once again, excellent young researchers can apply for a one-year grant of up to €15,000. Within this framework, they can flexibly apply for all measures needed to prepare an external funding application.

All students at FAU must re-register for the coming summer semester from 1 – 8 February 2021 and pay their semester fee. The semester fee of 127 euros consists of the Student Services fee and the contribution for the semester ticket. There is a bank transfer form for this purpose on mein campus under ‘Studienkanzlei aktuell’.

From 25 January, you can order and collect any books you urgently need from the University Library. This service will be available at the main University Library, the Science and Technology Branch Library and the Education Sciences Branch Library.
2020 is drawing to a close. It has been a challenging year. Therefore, as we start the Christmas days and the New Year, a heartfelt thank you to all students, staff and faculty for their tireless efforts during this special year. If a bachelor's degree has already been achieved, a master's program is the perfect choice to further expand the expertise. Information events on the master's degree programs will therefore be held again at the beginning of 2021. The study program coordinators will provide information on content, focus areas and the admission procedure.
