Teaching at the Institute of Economic Research
IWF’s chairs offer basic and advanced courses for all of the School’s Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs. A key aim of these courses is to provide students with knowledge of a broad range of theories and empirical methods. Students may choose to specialize in a particular area of economics according to their own interests. The Institute plays a key role in the Master’s degree program in Economics (MSE), which can be studied entirely in English. Students of this Master’s degree program may choose one of the following specializations: Labor Economics, Macroeconomics and Finance, Public Economics, Energy Markets or Health Economics.
