Research at the Institute of International Business and Globalization (IBUG) focuses on issues associated with international business activities and how they affect the economy and society. Various chairs from business studies and the social sciences that take an interdisciplinary approach are involved in the research. IBUG’s research priorities include:

- market entry and market cultivation strategies

The work is carried out in collaboration with an international network of research partners. Innovative research topics and methods ensure publication in renowned international journals and a presence at expert conferences, both in Germany and abroad.
